STEP Education is a professional tutoring institution in Melbourne, providing academic support for students from Years 1–12. We currently operate campuses in Box Hill and Glen Waverley and are hiring for the following roles:

Available Positions

  • EAL / English Teachers

  • Junior School Teachers

  • VCE Subject Teachers (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand students’ learning needs and academic goals

  • Design lesson plans and prepare teaching materials

  • Mark assignments and track academic progress

  • Provide timely feedback and adjust teaching strategies

  • Actively participate in team meetings and professional training

  • Build strong relationships with students and colleagues

Requirements

  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)

  • Strong sense of responsibility and passion for education

  • Clear logical thinking and effective teaching methods

  • Teaching experience preferred

  • VCE raw score of 40+ or relevant tertiary qualifications preferred

  • VIT registration (or eligibility) is an advantage

Career Development
